Sit around and wait

My Dad is in the hospital today and they are keeping him overnight. My sister and I spent many hours waiting with him in the emergency room today. He looked better when we left him this afternoon. I have never seen the emergency room so busy. They did not have a room for him for hours and we were all waiting in the hallway. Hoping he will return home soon.

Snowed In

 I didn't really get snowed in, but after last night's storm I didn't get a chance to take any photos today. This is from yesterday at the Duck Pond in Winchester. You can see the bench was nearly covered with snow. After last night's snowfall, I bet you can't see the bench at all today.

An idyllic spot

I think the duck pond in Winchester is pretty any day of the year but it is never more beautiful than during a snowstorm. It actually reminds a little bit of Japan. A peaceful spot to sit or stand and take in all it's beauty.
