Sunday Breakfast

One of my favorites for breakfast is Eggs Benedict. I decided to be a little bit good by substituting spinach for the Canadian bacon. I also had fruit instead of potatoes. I enjoyed every bite of it at Aroma Café in Reading this morning.

Aroma Cafe

Aroma Café in Reading is my favorite breakfast spot. Today my sister asked me if I could meet her for lunch. So we decided to go to Aroma as we call it. We had breakfast for lunch.

We both got egg white omelets, the signature lacy potatoes, and an English muffin. Yum! We had an interesting conversation and then back to work or me.  It was a nice midday break.

Well, I did it! I posted a photo a day to this blog. 31 entries. At least I've kept one of my New Year's resolutions!

The Reading train

Tonight I bought take out from a fave restaurant, the Green Tomato in Reading. I thoroughly enjoyed my baked haddock, rice and broccoli and there is enough left over to make another meal.

The Green Tomato is across from the train station in Reading.  The sun was setting and the train station looked desolate. I still found the scene to be pretty. The lamp posts and lights, the sky and houses in the background. The calm before the storm as rush hour was approaching. It would be a vastly different scene in another 30 minutes.
